Embrace was founded by John Murphy, a native of Dublin, Ireland, and the visionary behind The Longevity Project. With a deep passion for health, wellness, and longevity, John wanted to inspire others to see challenges as opportunities for growth. Just like a butterfly emerging from its cocoon, we must go through hard things to truly transform. This belief gave birth to Embrace, along with its empowering tagline, #embraceit.
